There’s no denying the impact Big Ange has been able to have on Tottenham Hotspur Football Club since becoming manager. Alas, while their style of football has improved dramatically, there’s still a lot of uncertainty in the air when it comes to sustaining that forward pressure. They have a solid squad at their disposal, but their lack of depth could really come back to bite them.
Spurs had to do things the hard way against Brighton and we don’t think that’s going to be the last time they do so this season. They faced adversity and overcame it brilliantly, walking away from North London with a solid 2-1 victory.
Wolves Form Guide
Wolverhampton Wanderers are looking really good right now and Gary O’Neil deserves a lot of plaudits for what he’s been able to do at the club. When he came in, they were seen as one of the favourites to go down - but at this point, their focus is on the top half as opposed to the bottom three. With a decent cup run to go alongside that, the kings of the Black Country are sitting pretty.
Wolves are great to watch and they’ve been on a solid run of form as of late but against Brentford, they just couldn’t seem to get out of first gear. They fell to a disappointing 2-0 defeat, giving their outside European hopes a knock.
Match Prediction
Tottenham and Wolves have been involved in some classics in recent years and with both teams having a fun style of play, we see them following that trend in this game. In terms of an official prediction, we’re going to go with a chaotic and entertaining over 2.5 goals scored.
